利用規約

AIzunA Video Sender｜制定: 2026年10月1日

第1条（このツールについて）

AIzunA Video Sender（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者の AIzunA（以下「運営者」）が、運営者自身が作った動画を、運営者自身の TikTok アカウントへ送るために使う個人用ツールです。一般の方に公開しているサービスではありません。

第2条（利用できる人）

本ツールを使うのは運営者に限ります。運営者以外の方が本ツールを使うことは想定していません。運営者以外のアカウントを本ツールに連携させることは、運営者の許可がない限りできません。

第3条（TikTok の規約との関係）

  1. 本ツールは、TikTok の公式 API（Content Posting API）を通じて動画を送ります。
  2. 本ツールの利用には、TikTok の利用規約、コミュニティガイドライン、開発者向けの規約が適用されます。これらと本規約が食い違う場合は、TikTok の規約を優先します。
  3. 本ツールは、他のプラットフォームのコンテンツを無断で複製して TikTok に出すためには使いません。送る動画は、運営者自身が制作したものに限ります。

第4条（送る動画）

  1. 送る動画は、運営者が権利を持つ、または利用の許可を得ているものに限ります。
  2. AI の音声や画像を使って作った動画は、運営者が TikTok のアプリで「AI 生成コンテンツ」の表示を付けてから投稿します。
  3. 本ツールは、動画に、TikTok 以外のブランド名、ロゴ、透かし、宣伝の文字やリンクを、送る際に追加しません。
  4. 動画は、下書きとして送ります。公開するかどうかは、運営者が TikTok のアプリで内容を確かめて決めます。

第5条（禁止すること）

本ツールの運営と利用において、次のことをしません。

第6条（連携の解除）

運営者は、いつでも TikTok の設定から本ツールへのアクセス許可を取り消せます。取り消すと、本ツールは動画を送れなくなります。

第7条（保証と責任）

  1. 本ツールは現状のまま提供します。TikTok 側の仕様変更や障害などにより、動画が送れなくなったり、遅れたりすることがあります。
  2. 本ツールの利用によって生じた損害について、運営者は、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

第8条（規約の変更）

この規約は、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点から有効です。

第9条（準拠法）

この規約は、日本法に従って解釈します。

  1. What this is. AIzunA Video Sender is a personal tool that its operator, AIzunA, uses to send videos the operator has created to the operator's own TikTok account. It is not offered to the public.
  2. Who may use it. Only the operator.
  3. TikTok's rules. The tool uses TikTok's official Content Posting API. TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer terms apply and take precedence if they conflict with these terms. The tool is not used to copy content from other platforms.
  4. Videos. Only videos the operator owns or is licensed to use. For videos made with AI-generated voice or imagery, the operator adds TikTok's AI-generated content label in the TikTok app before posting. The tool does not add third-party branding, logos, watermarks, or promotional text or links when sending. Videos are sent as drafts, and the operator reviews and publishes them in the TikTok app.
  5. Prohibited. Unlawful or rights-infringing videos; circumventing API limits or overloading the service; sharing or misusing access tokens.
  6. Revoking access. The operator can revoke the tool's access at any time from TikTok's settings.
  7. No warranty. The tool is provided as is. Liability is limited except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  8. Governing law. Japanese law.
